Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching, consulting, and compliance services offered by HR in Bloom.
 

🚫 No Refunds

All services provided by HR in Bloom are non-refundable by default. Due to the customized, time-based nature of coaching, consulting, and HR strategy services, we do not offer refunds for completed or scheduled sessions, regardless of usage or outcome.

Please ensure you are committed to engaging fully in the service before purchasing.
 

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us directly at:

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated in advance.
 

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show), the session will be forfeited and payment will still be due. Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
